Q. I would like to try your Weightloss Coaching Support, how do I start?

A. Email or phone me and we can set a time for a preliminary free chat and the best time for you to get started.

Q. How much weight will I lose a week?

A. It’s not only about losing weight, my system is about learning to enjoy making good food choices and choosing a healthy lifestyle.
Also, changing a Fat Mind Attitude into Slim Mind Attitude. We will identify your blocks and saboteurs to help you lose a defeatist attitude which jeopardises your weightloss intentions and embrace a successful attitude.  How much you lose is up to your determination to succeed.  We will set goals in a new exciting way, a way that correlates to your inner values, rather than the purely weight lost method.

Q. Do you provide a diet for us to follow?

A.  My job is to help you to find the best eating programme for you and stick to it.

Q. What if I already have a favourite diet?

A.  Fine, my concern is that it’s healthy and makes you feel good.

Q. Is it essential to exercise?

A.  Yes. Exercise helps you to lose weight by building muscle (muscles burn calories) and it helps you to optimise your metabolism. I will help you find that extra time in your life for exercise and I will help you to love doing it.

Q. I notice that in the main you work by the month, can I leave at any time?

A. Of course, you pay in advance by the month (apart from my 10 day On Call programme), but you can take a break any time and resume when you need to.

Q. I loved your programme and benefited enormously.  Could my husband to do it?  Do you work with men?

A.  No I don’t.  I don’t teach or coach anything that I don’t work with myself and have proven its value.  Men need a different approach.  My husband, also a professional coach, would be delighted to work with him.

Q. I’m tempted to go ahead. Any guarantees?

A. I guarantee that I will be there for you in a professional and helping way. Your success and well being is paramount and as your coach I will help you 100% to get the results you want. I guarantee to draw on my skills and insights to achieve your chosen goals. I will give you the key, but it is up to you to open the door and walk through.

Q. I am a yo yo dieter and I am fearful that when I complete your programme I will be left on my own and revert back to junk food.

A. Don’t worry. I will be working with techniques the whole time to help you stand on your own feet, coaching is a very empowering system, and the behavioural and psychological changes you make will be permanent. When you feel ready we can spread out our weekly meetings to say, once a month, then 3 months, whatever suits you. I even do a yearly check up to help keep you ontrack. You will feel able to go it alone in a way that you have not found before. But I will always be there for you should you need me.
